We are gearing up once again to run our Filmmaking
Program. If you are 19 to 24 years
old, and feel like you face social or economic barriers to the career you want in
film and media, then read on…
In the Filmmaking Program, over the course of 13 weeks, you
will learn the technical and business skills of film production. As part of a
small crew, you will help write, direct and shoot your own movie. You will get
to meet and learn from a variety of professionals currently working in the
industry.
The program is intense and requires dedication. It starts in
the fall and runs every Saturday and some weeknights until the end of year. If
you are up for the challenge, we welcome your application.
Our program provides travel and lunches. Students who
complete the Filmmaking Program and show their dedication to a career are
eligible for our Internship Program.
